Figure Painter
On-site in Solingen
Turn digital models into finished collectible statues.
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Figure Painter to join our local team in Solingen. Alongside painting, assembling, and finishing premium collectible figures, the role also includes preparing models and operating our 3D resin-printing workflow.
Your Responsibilities
- Preparing, cleaning, and assembling resin figure parts
- Priming and hand-painting collectible statues
- Painting skin, faces, clothing, armor, weapons, and environmental details
- Applying shading, highlights, textures, and weathering effects
- Identifying and resolving common printing issues
- Checking printed and painted figures for quality and consistency
- Handling fragile components carefully throughout production
What We Are Looking For
- Experience painting miniatures, models, figures, props, or statues
- Experience with airbrushing
- A strong eye for color, detail, and clean finishes
- Patience and precision when working on complex projects
- Reliable and independent working habits
- Near-perfect written and spoken English
- Ability to work on-site in Solingen
A portfolio or clear photographs of your previous painting work are required.

Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager who understands visual storytelling and knows how to build excitement around premium collectibles. You will help shape the public voice and visual identity of Monka Studios across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Discord.
This is a hands-on creative position. You should be comfortable creating, editing, and publishing professional visual content rather than only planning posts.
Your Responsibilities
- Planning and maintaining a consistent content schedule
- Creating posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos
- Editing product photographs and promotional graphics
- Editing video footage for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Selecting, editing, and synchronizing audio for short-form content
- Writing engaging captions and promotional copy
- Presenting new releases, early previews, and special offers
- Turning production footage into compelling behind-the-scenes content
- Responding to comments and engaging with the community
- Monitoring content performance and identifying successful formats
- Helping coordinate collaborations with creators and cosplayers
- Developing ideas that increase reach, engagement, and store traffic
- Keeping the Monka Studios brand consistent across all channels
What We Are Looking For
- Strong Adobe Photoshop skills
- Experience with video-editing software
- Experience editing and mixing audio for social media content
- Experience managing social media accounts or creating branded content
- A strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, reels, and short-form video
- Near-perfect written and spoken English
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
- A good eye for composition, lighting, presentation, and visual quality
- Creative ideas combined with reliable execution
- Awareness of gaming, anime, film, comics, and collector culture
- Confidence working independently and meeting deadlines
- Ability to maintain a consistent brand identity
Experience with product photography, graphic design, paid advertising, animation, or influencer collaborations is highly appreciated.

Online Store Manager

Keep our online store organized, accurate, and ready for collectors around the world.
As our Online Store Manager, you will manage important parts of the daily operation of our Shopify store. You will work with product listings, collections, product launches, discounts, customer information, and general store maintenance.
Your Responsibilities
- Creating and updating Shopify product listings
- Uploading and organizing product images
- Writing and editing product descriptions
- Managing prices, variants, tags, and product availability
- Creating and maintaining Shopify collections
- Preparing new releases and pre-order launches
- Setting up discounts, promotions, and store announcements
- Reviewing the store for incorrect, inconsistent, or outdated information
- Updating delivery estimates and production information
- Supporting order-related and customer-service communication
- Helping improve store navigation and the overall customer experience
- Coordinating shop updates with production and social media activities
- Monitoring basic shop performance and identifying areas for improvement
What We Are Looking For
- Strong practical Shopify skills
- Previous experience managing a Shopify store
- Confidence creating products, collections, variants, and discounts
- Understanding of Shopify’s product and order-management systems
- Near-perfect written and spoken English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence working independently with digital tools
- A reliable and structured approach to recurring tasks
- An understanding of e-commerce and customer expectations
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with international customers
Experience with international e-commerce, collectibles, gaming, anime, or customer service is an advantage.
