We are looking for a skilled and dependable Figure Painter to join our local team in Solingen (Germany, NRW).

Your responsibilities

• Preparing, cleaning, and assembling resin figure parts
• Priming and hand-painting collectible statues
• Painting skin, faces, clothing, armor, weapons, and environmental details
• Applying shading, highlights, textures, and weathering effects
• Identifying and resolving common printing issues
• Checking printed and painted figures for quality and consistency
• Handling fragile components carefully throughout production

What we are looking for

• Experience painting miniatures, models, figures, props, or statues
• Experience with airbrushing
• A strong eye for color, detail, and clean finishes
• Patience and precision when working on complex projects
• Reliable and independent working habits
• Near-perfect written and spoken English
• Ability to work on-site in Solingen

A portfolio or clear photographs of your previous painting work are required.

You get the unpainted figures from us, paint them and send them back to us. Alternatively (if capable) you can take care of the printing as well.

We’re a small artist collective creating collectible figures. Our studio, workspace and figures will be your playground for creating content with character.

What you’ll do:

• Develop, film and edit Instagram Reels and TikToks.
• Get in front of the camera and bring your own personality to our content.
• Turn our figures, studio life and creative process into entertaining videos.
• Pitch fresh ideas, explore trends and experiment with new formats.

What we’re looking for:

• Confidence on camera and an energetic, engaging personality.
• A good feel for short-form content, storytelling and humour.
• The initiative to take an idea from brainstorm to finished video.
• Availability to create content at our studio in Solingen.
• An interest in anime, gaming, collectibles or art is a bonus!
