Welcome to Monka Studios! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, monkastudios.com, (the "Site") and your purchase of 3D printed products ("Products") from us. By accessing our Site and purchasing our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
If you are a consumer purchasing from within the EU or UK, you have the legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal period: The 14-day period starts on the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods.
How to exercise: To exercise your right, you must notify us clearly (e.g. by email or post) before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the standard withdrawal form provided by law, but this is not mandatory.
Effect of withdrawal: If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (but not additional costs for express/alternative shipping), within 14 days of receiving your returned goods or of you providing proof of return, whichever comes first.
Refund method: Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the order, unless you agree otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.
Return of goods: You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day you notify us of withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we state otherwise.
Condition of goods: You may handle the goods only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Any diminished value resulting from handling beyond this may be deducted from your refund.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized;
Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery;
Digital content (downloads/streaming) if you agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once supply has begun.
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with details and photographs. Where the product is confirmed defective, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with consumer protection laws.
Order Status: Queued
You may cancel your order via email or Discord. In most cases, a full refund will be issued; however, a 10% processing fee may be deducted to cover payment processing costs.
Order Status: Printing
Your order entered production. A cancellation is still possible, but we keep a 30% re-stock fee of the purchase price.
Order Status: Painting
Your order entered painting production. A cancellation is still possible, but we keep a 60% re-stock fee of the purchase price.
Order Status: Dispatched / Sent
Your order can't be cancelled anymore, it's been dispatched.

You agree not to use the Site or Products for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any parts of the Site or any systems or networks connected to the Site.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Monka Studios and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party (including, without limitation, any infringement of intellectual property rights related to Customer Designs).
9. Governing Law
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this Site or in respect to the Products constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms).
