1. Want your figure painted? That option is always on the table! Just a heads-up: because so many people love this choice, there's a bit of a wait (estimated time shown in order process) as we work through our painting orders.
2. To get yours, simply pick the "painted" option when you view the product and check out like normal.
3. You're then locked into our painting schedule, and we'll send you updates as your order moves along.
4. Since each painted figure is a custom job, we can't offer a refund once our artists start painting it.
5. Once it's ready and looking great, we'll pack it up safely and send it your way.
